Refunds, returns, and exchanges
Returns accepted within 60 days of purchase, items must be in unused
condition and in original packaging with receipt. A 20% restocking fess will apply.
Essential Oils, soaps, creams, lotions and all body products must be
unopened to qualify for a refund. Card Decks, Music, software and video
games must be unopened to qualify for a refund, no returns accepted on
Mindfolds.
Purchases are refunded to the original payment method and/or store credit
and/or a gift card.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as
soon as possible at earthrocks@spiritofoneness.ca with your order number
and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case
basis but will try our best to offer a satisfactory solution.
